Our organisation was founded from a deeply personal belief. Like many families, we live far away from our own ageing loved ones and have often wondered whether they would receive the same level of care, kindness and respect that we would hope for ourselves.
That question inspired us to create the kind of service we would trust with our own family and in 2019, ActiveAge Allied Health was created as a supplementary service to our private practice clinics.
Our mission is simple; to provide the same compassionate, high-quality care that we would want for our own loved ones. We believe great healthcare is about more than treating injuries or improving mobility. It is about listening, building genuine relationships, supporting independence and helping people continue living safely and confidently in the place they love most; their home.
Working with our elderly has become the most rewarding part of our professional journey. There is something very special about helping someone regain confidence, stay active and maintain their independence, while giving families peace of mind that their loved one is in caring hands.

Aarzoo brings a wealth of high-level corporate experience to the clinic, having successfully managed enterprise portfolios and led regional customer success and operations teams across the APAC region for major tech innovators. With both a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, her expertise lies in understanding complex client needs, fostering deep cross-functional collaboration, and executing strategic plans that drive real-world outcomes.
For Aarzoo, transitioning her corporate background in customer advocacy to healthcare operations means one thing: ensuring our patients receive an unparalleled care experience. She focuses on elevating our clinical standards, empowering our elite practitioner team, and managing day-to-day operations with the meticulous care and strategic vision needed to help our community achieve their ultimate health and wellness goals.

Himmat is a highly credentialed, title-holding Physiotherapist and Director with an extensive international background in clinical rehabilitation, academic research, and dedicated aged care. Holding dual postgraduate degrees—including a Master in Clinical Rehabilitation and a Master in Advanced Clinical Sports Physiotherapy—Himmat has dedicated much of his career to bridging the gap between advanced clinical science and practical, life-enhancing care for older adults.
His postgraduate specialization in clinical rehabilitation provides him with a profound and comprehensive foundation in managing complex, chronic pain in the aging population. In recognition of his clinical excellence and ongoing contributions to the profession, the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) awarded Himmat the highly prestigious title of 'APA Titled Physiotherapist'. Furthermore, he was formally inducted as a Member of the elite Australian College of Physiotherapists.
